Greg is an industry veteran with over 27 years experience in the facultative property and automatic program business marketplace. Greg joined DirectFac as a Senior Vice President following a 23 year career at Munich Re America where he was Regional Manager for all Midwest facultative operations. Greg operates out of Columbus, Ohio.

Matt has over 22 years experience in the insurance industry. Matt joined DirectFac's Chicago, IL office in 2009 having most recently enjoyed a successful 13 year career at Munich Re America where he underwrote individual risk and program business. Prior to that Matt worked for Employers Re.

Crystal graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2003 and began her reinsurance career at DirectFac when it first opened in 2004. Based in Hartford, CT, she has since gained almost six years of experience in marketing and underwriting property facultative reinsurance in the Northeast territory.

Odette Ovies

In August 2010 Odette joined DirectFac as an underwriter, and is located in our Chicago office. Odette started working in the London reinsurance market in 1998 and transfered to the US market in 2004. She has previously worked at Avoca Underwriting Partners (a sister company of DirectFac) as well as Carvill America.
